About MIT Manipal Student Clubs
MIT Manipal has one of the most vibrant student club ecosystems in India, with 76 active student organisations spanning technical, cultural, social, media, and project categories. Clubs are the primary way students build skills, make friends, and create standout resumes outside the classroom. Most clubs hold recruitment in August–September each academic year.

Techtatva — Annual Technical Fest
Techtatva is MIT Manipal's flagship national-level technical festival, one of the largest in South India. It features workshops, competitions, robotics events, hackathons, and guest lectures from industry leaders. Organised annually by MIT Manipal student teams.
Revels — Annual Cultural Fest
Revels is MIT Manipal's premier cultural festival celebrating music, dance, drama, fine arts, and celebrity performances. It draws participants from across India and is a highlight of the MIT Manipal academic calendar.
Formula Manipal — Student Race Car
Formula Manipal is one of India's premier Formula SAE student teams, designing and building a race car from scratch every year. The team competes internationally and is among the most prestigious project teams on campus.
How to Join Clubs at MIT Manipal
Recruitment happens at the start of each academic year (typically August–September). Follow clubs on Instagram, watch for posters near the academic blocks and student plaza, and attend open days. Some clubs require auditions or tests; others accept applications. First-year students are encouraged to apply early.
