“Faces of Manipal” is an MTTN Spotlight documentary that profiles the local shopkeepers and vendors who have served MIT Manipal students for decades. The film features Om Xerox (open since 2007, run by a retired Syndicate Bank manager), Mumbai Dosa (Ramesh Pujari's famous Paneer Cheese Dosa stall), the Lipton Stall (run by Shantaram and Jayalakshmi for 14 years), Sindi Mess (once a student-run cooperative), and Student Plaza (formerly the Kama Circle basketball court).
Open since 2007. Run by an ex-Syndicate Bank manager. Go-to for prints, photocopies, and stationery.
